Wallaby coach Eddie Jones said that the fixture will provide a chance for a number of fringe Wallabies to shine.
"We've had a group of Australia 'A' players over here for the last week who are looking forward to combining with some of the guys from the Wallaby squad for tomorrow's match," said Jones said on Monday.
"It's a really good opportunity for a number of players, some of whom could be looking to push for a starting spot and others who will benefit from the exposure to rugby at this level."
Hooker Brendan Cannon will join Matt Dunning and Nic Henderson in the front row, with Mark Chisholm and Alister Campbell to lock the scrum.
Openside flanker Stephen Hoiles and No.6 Radike Samo will team up with Lyons in the back-row, while scrum-half Matt Henjak will partner Flatley in an exiting half-back combination.
Morgan Turinui and Drew Mitchell will come together in the centres with Wendell Sailor, Cameron Shepherd and Mat Rogers making up the back three.
For Sailor, the match is a chance to stake his claim for a recall to the Wallaby starting line-up and is also an opportunity to come up against one of the world's most exciting wingers, in the Fijian flyer, Rupeni Caucaunibuca.
"Wendell is looking forward to it. He has probably been one of our best trainers on tour and I thought he did pretty well when he came on against France. He now has the opportunity to push for a starting spot," said Jones.
"It's a good opportunity for myself, but we've also got a number of young blokes on this tour who are looking forward to it and being a senior player it's important to play well," said Sailor.
"It's also important for me to play well because I'm up against one of the best finishers in world rugby in Rupeni."
