Vaki will face a Six Nations disciplinary panel hearing in Dublin on Wednesday for his tackle on Scotland scrum-half Chris Cusiter during the first ten minutes of Saturday's match.
Cusiter sustained a serious shoulder injury as a result of the tackle and will miss four months of rugby, according to the Scottish Rugby Union.
"Recovery from an injury of this nature can take three to four months," Scotland team doctor James Robson said.
The case will be heard by a three-man independent panel.
